The Apache 24 Volt Swing Arm operator is a versatile and flexible operator allowing for connection to gates from flush mounting (0mm) up to 300mm set in away from the mounting point of the operator. Strong and quiet the Apache can operate gates smoothly and with ease with a rated capacity of up to 2.5m per gate (5m opening) and up to a maximum of 200kg per gate.

The oversized ALL METAL GEAR structure inside ensures a seamless operation without breakdowns or premature life unlike plastic and nylon gear sets. Also boasting a robust die-cast alloy case to encapsulate the gearing system all gears, motor and bearings are totally closed in and sealed from any outer elements. Built into the Alloy case we will also find the clever clutch release system (Emergency release) which is keyed to unlock for added security.

The unique Night Light system allows for illumination during operation and whilst the gates open adding a great guidance and a tidy aesthetic to the installation. To use this feature an additional cable (also low voltage) will be required between the gate controller and each Apache operator. With an easy to use (and secure) manual release system in place.

Operations are smooth and efficient using its 24 Volt DC motor driving the articulating arm clockwise/counter-clockwise. The end positions are set using the easiest possible method of adjustable limit stops. Limit stops are fitted to casted grooved positions to adjust both the maximum open and closed positions of the gate, being a mechanical system its a case of set and forget with no further adjustments being required. Typically the open and closed positions will not require and further stops unless higher wind loads are expected (cladded gates).

The Apache operator is 100% Universal Left and Right side meaning the same unit could be installed on EITHER side of the driveway.

The Apache is able to be installed with just a 40mm clear height available making it an easy choice when it comes to ground clearance, the Apache requires 450mm clear area from the edge of the driveway when the gate is open at 90° which makes it suited for the majority of installations where the gate is spaced away from neighboring feces and retaining walls.

NO NEED FOR GATE STOPS, the on-body limit stops are totally adjustable in there positioning for both the open and closed positions.

The connection for cable join between the Apache and the gate controller is made underneath the plastic cover and the wall/post/pillar mounting bracket allows for a conduit directly into the operator if desired.

Also boasting multiple safety inputs along with its precise on-board detection it allows safety to remain prioritized for any application.

The installation process is always kept in mind allowing up to 7 cable inputs into the outdoor weatherproof gate control box using IP68 cable glands, you will never run out of space or provisions for more.

Multiple Configurable Safety Inputs

✓ Obstacle Detection by load This feature is always running and detecting if the gate is stalled under load by an obstacle during its travel.
✓ Typical Photocell Input Terminal to prevent gate from closing on vehicle, reverts gate if a vehicle passes through during closing, restarts the Automatic closing timer after each interruption.
