How do we send?
We use common carriers and specialty carriers depending on the ordered item and quantity.
Typically small items are sent with Australia Post and larger sized packages are sent via Allied Express. When an order is placed for bulk equipment normally a palatized method is used allowing for forklift unloading.
All stock is sent from our Melbourne warehouse Australia Wide
Returns
We accept returns for a period of 30 Days. A re-stocking and inspection fee of 10% will apply and potentially re-packaging fee may apply in necessary cases. If you are unsure if the product is suitable for your application we encourage getting in contact with us first so that we may provide professional advice.
Postage costs are non-refundable and if the postage charge was in excess of the paid postage the difference will be deducted from the return.
