Heavy Duty Articulated Arm Swing Gate Motor with Adjustable Limit Stops
The FTX is designed for your homes brick pillars, piers or post installation allowing for a maximum opening span of up to 4 metres and the allowance of a maximum gate weight of 250kg each.
This covers the large majority of typical installations for residential homes. Best of all the FTX houses its digital control board within the master motor which can be installed on either side of the driveway to best suit the installation requirements.
Further key benefits of the FTX are the adjustable limit stops to set the open and closed position with ease allowing an opening installation up to 110°. With its narrow footprint of only 165mm and centered holes at 50mm the FTX can be installed on either 75mm with a plate or 100mm posts.
All-in-One Design
The all in one design cleans up the installation substantially allowing any connected accessories and the systems power to feed directly into the MASTER unit with the on board digital control board. The Master unit and Slave units can be installed on either side of the driveway without any adjustments or changes.
Encoder Technology
Undisputedly the best technology the encoder motor is standard and will feedback to the system where the gate motor and effectively the gate is in its travel through the entire cycle.
Allowing for reliable operation regardless of any changes in operation be it due to temperature, wind or other factors. This is the technology you can rely on for constancy and peace of mind.
Adjustable Limit Stops
Designed for simplicity and ease of installation, no gate stop is required in any position with the completely adjustable open and closed position stops on each motor. The added benefit is it also keeps the driveway clear of any center stops (no more tripping hazards).
Manual Release
Easy to use manual release incase of power outage. Insert the supplied key and turn to unlock the manual release lever. To release turn the manual release lever and now the gate can be opened and closed manually. If required a battery backup system is available for completely uninterrupted operation. The system is completely housed within the master unit.

Digital Control Board
By default the control board will be pre-configured for the best typical settings for most users however with the onboard digital display and easy to use scroll buttons the configuration options are almost endless. Out of the box it will be configured for Both Gates OPEN/CLOSE + Pedestrian Function (one gate full open) in a home you would just enable and set the automatic close timer (if required) and that’s it. However in an installation with a longer driveway you may want to adjust the pedestrian command to be an OPEN ONLY input allowing for the use of a loop detector to be used to detect vehicles approaching the gate and open automatically (and optionally close on the automatic close timer if enabled)
