Warranty

All products are covered by a warranty period of one year (12 months) only when used for there intended purpose as advertised. Working outside of there intended purpose voids the warranty.

Warranty Inspections

Prior to returning an item for a warranty inspection photo and video evidence of the installation will be required, this is to confirm the product was used for its intended purpose and installed to the manufacturers specifications.

At the point of the item being accepted for warranty inspection the component specified will be requested to be returned for repair or replacement at our discretion.

Three Year Extended Warranty

Viper Actuator (and premier control box when used in conjunction)
Apache Articulating Arm (and premier control box when used in conjunction)
This does not extend to remotes, batteries or any other part of the package/connected goods.
